32-year-old Justin Drew Coffey of Prospect Street in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (February 28) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony habitual felon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and received a custody release. Coffey was also charged with a misdemeanor assault on a female and given no bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court ate scheduled for March 27 and Superior Court scheduled for April 10.
