42-year-old William Alfred Blevins of Jab Way in Lenoir was arrested Monday (November 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Blevins remained in jail as of this morning at the Caldwell County Detention Facility with a District Court date scheduled for November 27.
