38-year-old Ricky Lee Watson of Justin Carlton Lane in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (July 18) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule two narcotics and jailed under $15,000 secured bond. Watson was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for July 19.
