47-year-old Stacey Joe Sheppard of Shrewcraft place in Lenoir was arrested Friday (April 21) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with three felonies: possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule two controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance. Sheppard remained in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for April 24.
