LENOIR, N.C. (WHKY) – A Caldwell County man has been indicted on a felony weapon-related charge. 28-year-old Rayven Franklin Carpenter of Bee Mountain Road in Lenoir was charged on a bill of indictment with felony possession of a weapon by a prisoner. Carpenter was arrested by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office and later given a custody release. A court date is September 28.
