34-year-old Joseph Lewis Shoun of Woodridge Court in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (November 2) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine along with misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and jailed under $5,000 secured bond. Shoun remains in jail as of this morning with an appearance in District Court scheduled for November 8.
