54-year-old Soutthanou Bandon of Hickory Street SW in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (August 13) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with four felonies: possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon, and maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance. He remains in jail as of this morning under $36,000 secured bond and no court date listed.
