30-year-old Dustin Ryan Stout of Redcliff Way in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (May 18) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Stout was not listed in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for May 18.
