30-year-old Bruce Lee Stroud Jr of Penley Court in Lenoir was arrested Monday (April 24) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with four felonies: larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, and fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle. Stroud was additionally charged with misdemeanor larceny and failure to appear on larceny and driving while license revoked counts. He remains in jail as of earlier this morning with a District Court date scheduled for May 15.
