39-year-old Jerry Robert Sanders of Hayes Place in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (October 24) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony failure to appear and felony interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Sanders was also charged with misdemeanor counts of failure to appear, probation violation, and resisting, delaying, or obstructing a public officer. He remained in jail as of this morning under no bond and a District Court date scheduled for November 16.
