45-year-old Jason Reeves Smith of Spainhour Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (August 17) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony harboring an escapee and felony failure to appear on a nonsupport count. Smith remains in jail as of this morning under $10,000 secured and $1,832 cash bond. A District Court date was scheduled for August 31.
