34-year-old Michael Patrick McGuire of general delivery in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (October 5) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony extradition to another state and jailed under no bond. McGuire was wanted in Oklahoma on charges of assault on a female. No court date was listed.
