27-year-old Jacob Elijah Miller of Fairview Drive in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (May 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two misdemeanor counts of probation violation and three felony counts of probation violation. Miller was jailed under a $12,500 secured bond but was not listed in the Caldwell County Detention Center as of earlier this morning. He was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in June 2021 for felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony possession of schedule two controlled substance. Miller received probation and a 3 month suspended sentence. A Superior Court date was scheduled for June 5.
