32-year-old David Timothy Cook of Pleasant Hill Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (May 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and a felony sex act by a substitute parent or custodian. Harris remains in jail as of this morning with a $100,000 secured bond with a District Court date scheduled for May 10.
