43-year-old James Randall Barnwell of Hollywood Ridge Road in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (May 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count of first-degree arson and jailed under $125,000 secured bond. Barnwell remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for May 15.
