25-year-old Jacob Elijah Miller of Turtle Dove Street in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (March 18) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of financial card theft and financial card fraud. Miller was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under $11,500 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for next Monday (March 22).
