31-year-old Nigel Brooks Gibbs of High Circle in Lenoir was arrested Friday (July 7) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony violation of a house arrest order. Gibbs remains in jail as of this morning under $25,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for July 24.
