20-year-old Hunter Lee Kersey of Wagon Wheel Drive in Hudson was arrested Monday (September 25) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with four misdemeanors: probation violation, communicating threats, injury to real property, and communicating threats. In addition, Kersey was charged with felony speeding to elude arrest and jailed under $85,000 secured bond. He remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for September 27 and November 1.
