29-year-old Aaron Daniel Moody of Glendale Street SW in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (July 19) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor failure to appear on a nonsupport count and felony probation violation. Moody remains in jail as of this morning under $40,000 secured bond and $1,000 cash bond. He was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in April 2022 for felony larceny and received probation and an 18 month suspended sentence.
