40-year-old Douglas Alan Trimnal of Charlie Ridge Place in Lenoir was arrested day (July 5) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one felony probation violation and jailed under $20,000 secured bond. Trimnal remains in jail as of this morning with no court date listed. He was on probation as a result of conviction in Burke County in November 2022 for felony speeding to elude arrest. He was given probation and a 36 month suspended sentence.
