37-year-old Sidney John Bryant of Playmore Beach Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (June 26) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one felony probation violation and jailed under $80,000 secured bond. Bryant was on probation as a result of conviction in Caldwell County in January 2023 for felony larceny. He remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for August 7.
