35-year-old Zachary David Woodruff of Collins Street in Lenoir was arrested Monday (August 21) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of methamphetamine and jailed under $10,000 secured bond. Woodruff remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for August 23.
