42-year-old James Clifton Vaughan of Bee Mountain Road in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (June 8) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony possession of methamphetamine.

Vaughan was given a custody release on these charges and was not listed in jail as of this morning without any court date listed.
