Lenoir Man Charged With Felony Offenses Including B&E, Larceny

34-year-old Nathan Douglas Moody of McCall Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (December 13) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering. In addition, Moody is charged with felony counts of failure to appear for charges including financial card theft, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Moody was confined in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $200,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled Wednesday (December 15).
