44-year-old Edward Ryan Chandler of Old Sampson Road in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (September 21) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with one felony count of larceny and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Facility under $5,000 secured bond. Chandler was not listed in jail as of this morning and a District Court date was scheduled for September 25.
