37-year-old Elliot Patrick Cox of Wendwood Drive in Lenoir was arrested Friday (April 14) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one count felony possession of schedule two controlled substance and jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $15,000 secured bond. Cox remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for April 17.
