38-year-old Timothy Wayne Bolick of Cheraw Road in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substance, maintain a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Bolick is also charged with two misdemeanor counts of resisting a public officer and one misdemeanor count of possession of stolen property. Bolick was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $55,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (March 23).
