32-year-old Phillip Mark Holsclaw of Warren Place in Lenoir was arrested Monday (February 13) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and given a $10,000 secured bond. Holsclaw was not listed in jail as of this morning, but a District Court date was scheduled for February 13.
