41-year-old Gerald Montero Felder of Arlington Circle in Lenoir was arrested Monday (December 5) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with three felonies: one count possession with intent to manufacture sell or distribute a schedule II substance, possession with intent to manufacture sell or distribute marijuana, and maintaining a place for controlled substance. Felder was held under a $25,000 secured bond but is not listed in jail as of today. District Court was scheduled for December 7.
