39-year-old William Forrest Wiseman of Lenoir was arrested Monday (January 23) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and one misdemeanor count of larceny. Wiseman remains in jail as of this morning with a $6,500 secured bond and District Court was scheduled for February 13.
