32-year-old Phillip Mark Holsclaw of Warren Place in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (April 8) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with four misdemeanors: possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, driving while registration plate not displayed, and operating a vehicle with no insurance. Holsclaw was also charged with one felony count possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver schedule VI-controlled substance and jailed under a $9,000 secured bond. Holsclaw was not listed in jail as of this morning with three District Court appearances scheduled for April 13, April 21, and June 16.
