32-year-old Michael William Watkins of Walt Arney in Lenoir was arrested Tuesday (March 7) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one count felony possession of cocaine and one misdemeanor count possession of drug paraphernalia. Watkins remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court date scheduled for March 8.
