40-year-old Wayne Eugene Isaac Horton of Roby Martin Road in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (February 10) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine. Horton was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled today (February 11).
