26-year-old Latif Thomas Banner of Arlington Circle NW in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (December 9) by Lenoir Police Officers. He’s charged with felony counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Banner was brought to the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance was scheduled Wednesday.
