23-year-old William Kane Byrd of Roselle Place in Lenoir was arrested Monday (April 17) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with four felonies: breaking and entering, larceny of a dog, possession of stolen property, and possession of burglary tools. Byrd was jailed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond but as of this morning was not listed in jail. A District Court date was scheduled for April 18.
