26-year-old Seth Lynn Hubner of Powell Brickyard Road in Lenoir was arrested Friday (August 18) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with three felonies: breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen property. Hubner remains in jail as of this morning under $15,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for August 21.
