LENOIR, N.C. (WHKY) — A Caldwell County man is facing six charges following an arrest Sunday.

Tevin Ashaun Ferguson, 30, was charged with breaking or entering with intent to terrorize or injure, larceny, assault on a female, interfering with emergency communication, false imprisonment and probation violation.

The Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ferguson shortly before 12:30 p.m. Sunday, August 17. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond on the probation-violation charge. No bond was listed on the remaining charges.
