36-year-old Brandon Ray Hicks of Jason Place in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (August 30) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with three felonies: breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and conspiracy. Hicks remains in jail as of this morning under $2,500 secured bond and a Superior Court date scheduled for October 30.
