37-year-old Cleates Maurice Lineberger of Walt Arney Road in Lenoir was arrested Saturday (July 22) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with one felony count possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and misdemeanor assault on a female. Linberger remains in jail as of this morning under no bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for today.
