49-year-old Phoutthason Bandon of Hickory Street in Lenoir was arrested Friday (September 15) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor larceny, and felony possession of methamphetamine. Bandon remains in jail as of this morning under $40,000 secured bond and a District Court date scheduled for today (September 18).
