24-year-old Joshua Michael Shukis of Lenoir was arrested Thursday (August 24) by Hudson Police Officers. He was charged with five felonies: three counts of obtaining property by false pretense, breaking and or entering, and larceny. Shukis was given a custody release and was not listed in jail as of this morning. No court dates were listed on these charges.
