39-year-old Jesse Christopher Jarret of Parkview Road in Lenoir was arrested Monday (May 1) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony failure to appear on felony counts and jailed under a $10,000 secured bond. Jarret was not listed in jail as of this morning with no court date listed.
