35-year-old Dennis Wayne Smithey of Grandin Road in Lenoir was arrested Sunday (January 1) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and given a $10,000 secured bond. Smithey was not listed in jail as of this morning and has a District Court date scheduled for January 3.
