35-year-old Kimmie Rasean Michaux of Monclair Circle in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (January 12) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with felony possession of a schedule two controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule six controlled substance, and failure to appear on two counts of probation violation. Michaux remains in jail as of this morning with a $55,000 secured bond and a District Court appearance scheduled for January 13.
