35-year-old William Nathan Strickland of NW Harrington Street in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 23) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance. Strickland was incarcerated in the Caldwell County Detention Center under $10,000 secured bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for April 13.
