42-year-old Michael Adrian Dula of Virginia Street in Lenoir was arrested Monday (March 6) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with a felony probation violation and a misdemeanor probation violation with a $50,000 secured bond. Dula remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for March 6. He was on probation as a result of convictions in Caldwell County in July and November 2022 for misdemeanor counts of common law forgery and speeding to elude arrest. Dula received probation and an 18-month suspended sentence.
