49-year-old Larry Dewayne Colvin Jr. of Winkler Way in Lenoir was arrested Friday (December 16) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with two felony counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance. Colvin remains in jail as of this morning with a $125,000 secured bond and a District Court date was scheduled for December 19.
