27-year-old Cody Allen Rice of Crisp Place in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 8) by Probation and Parole Officers. He was charged with one felony count of probation violation and given a $20,000 secured bond. Rice remains in jail as of this morning with a Superior Court date scheduled for January 2, 2024.
