33-year-old Charles Aaron Carr of Abington Road in Lenoir was arrested Wednesday (March 15) by Caldwell County Sheriff’s Officers. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine and given a $10,000 secured bond. Carr remains in jail as of this morning with a District Court appearance scheduled for March 16.
