34-year-old Gerald Lee Abernathy Jr of Waycross Drive in Lenoir was arrested Thursday (December 1) by Lenoir Police Officers. He was charged with felony larceny of a motor vehicle and felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Abernathy remains in jail as of this morning with a $10,000 secured bond and District Court scheduled for December 14.
